Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing and executing short and long-term sourcing strategies, driving factory relationships, initial cost negotiations, and new product development follow up.

Responsibilities:

1. Continuously expand product knowledge/expertise. Be the expert in all key sourcing regions and product categories.
2. Create, manage and execute product specifications as well as pricing strategies in the in-house inventory system for marketing, sales and supply chain requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree with 8 years of product sourcing experience, preferably in consumer goods or hospitality supplies industry.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisor position in relevant industry
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in data management and analysis, using MS Excel and/or inventory management system.
• Creative, meticulous and have an eye for details.
• Able to multi-task, work independently and deliver high quality work under demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strategic sourcing & procurement, supplier qualification, commercial negotiation and ordering of electronics components, such as IC chips, active electronic components, passive electronics components,etc
