Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as an architect, and at least 15 years of experience in implementing IT systems.

The Solution Architect is to support the Sales team in terms of all pre-sale activities and customer engagement. He/she should be engaged with potential customers to understand their needs and drive the solution and services estimate, work closely with the Sales team to prepare the proposal and presentation to the customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join the dynamic wireless gaming development team. As a member of this core development team, you will be working with highly talented and motivated engineers to develop new and enhanced wireless gaming audio devices and platforms. You will focus specifically on research of new technology and solutions, design and develop new wireless audio gaming devices as well as modify, debug and update existing wireless solutions and products. You will also be working with key gaming devices companies in the firmware development of innovative and revolutionary wireless gaming solutions leading up to the production of gaming audio devices to meet the demands of players around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, implementation, and test of firmware/software systems for wireless gaming devices.
• Collaborate and work with gaming device companies to create revolutionary gaming products
• Develop moderately complex software in C language following Merry’s coding standards and in accordance with applicable software development methodology and release processes
• Perform Design and Code reviews with members of the development team
• Design and execute unit Tests
• Perform technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
• Prepare and maintain designs and test documentation for gaming solutions
• Understand hardware and software interactions, and collaborate with Hardware Engineers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in real time gaming product development is preferred.
• Proficiency in C/C++ software development, with strong object oriented design skills.
• Proficiency in embedded software development, including advanced knowledge of multi-threaded and real time programming constructs such as message queues, interrupts, and task scheduling
• Familiarity with additional related software programming languages such as C#, assembly, Python would be an advantage
• Experience with Arm Cortex based microcontroller is required

Responsibilities

1. Effectively collect the latest technical information/product information in the OIS industry, and effectively identify the development trends of OIS driver chip technology.

2. Grasp the technology development trend and combine the company's OIS driver chip planning to plan and deploy the OIS driver chip, design and develop it in advance to meet product and project needs.

3. Systematically evaluate OIS driver solutions, identify and control system risks and make improvements.

4. Establish an industry-leading OIS evaluation method, continue to white-box the OIS system, and effectively support the continuous improvement of OIS performance.

5. Integrate algorithms, IC design and lens module teams to lead the development of OIS driver chips from the system architecture level.

Requirements

1. More than 12 years of motor control-related work, preferably those with experience in OIS chip algorithm development.

2. Be familiar with the working principle of CCM, and have a deep understanding of gyroscope technical principles and signal processing, and Proportional–integral–derivative (PID).

3. Efficient execution and forward-looking thinking, and excellent systematic thinking ability.

4. Strong technical experience in implementing digital architecture development and algorithm design

5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (with R&D team based in China)
