ASSISTANT ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT

You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural work such as design development, tender, contract management, supervision and project management in multiple projects. The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Residential, and Places of Worship.

Requirements:

• A Registered Architect with Master or Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized Universities by the Board of Architect

The Architect plans, designs and supervises the construction of buildings and other physical infrastructure. He/She helps to prepare project specifications and detailed drawings on architectural works for their clients. He/She takes into account the clients' needs, purposes of construction, the shapes and levels of land used and the clients' budgets. He/She is personally involved in bringing the project to fruition, by advising the clients on project execution or supervising the progress and quality of work on-site.
