Position Purpose

The Shell USA mobility team is seeking a Jiffy Lube District Manager for Indianapolis. This team member will be responsible for assisting Jiffy Lube franchisees in developing a profitable and growing business. As District Manager, you will serve as a business consultant helping franchisees deliver on their objectives of customer growth, product volume increase, business development and revenue.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of the relationship between the franchisees and Jiffy Lube

• Deliver results through business consultation in Indiana, Ohio and Illinois

• Influence and manage Key Accounts, including multi-layered organizations, to deliver operational, commercial and customer excellence 

• Work with business owners varying in size of 1 to 75 stores

As a Duty Manager at our St Albans FWC, you'll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You're enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a 'can do' attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of our club
• Care about our members, ensure they're happy and seek opportunities to build rapport
• Lead our colleagues and maintain quality standards in all areas

• Oversee health and safety, and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
