Position Summary
1. Set and implement in-store strategy in link to product and marketing strategies.
2. Increase the in-store purchase rate through differentiated in-store display and customer experience solutions.
3. Carry out in-store total solution consulting and improvement efforts for retail store conditions.
Role and Responsibilities
New Product Launch Strategy
- Develop Local Launch Plan for NPD ensure 4R (Right Store, Product, Display) retail strategy and action plans are well defined and communicated clearly to Sales and trade
- Retail KPI by channel and store in related to each product proposition
- Align with stakeholders to review and track flooring and display progress
Promotion Campaigns
- Develop all BTL POSM in related to in store sell out promotion and ensure all CI and brand identity are aligned with Corporate Marketing
- Engage with Field force to ensure the execution is implemented timely and flawlessly
- Propose customize sell out mechanics based with PM and Sales for selected account / regions
In-store Communication & Display
- Work closely with innovation team & creative agency to ensure the display segmentation & guideline deliver the appropriate visibility strategy
- Lead the Develop and adapt all POSM for all products (Generic POSM & Promotion POSM) by store type and range
- Be the category display and design gatekeeper with HQ to ensure right adaptation of category/range display.
- Develop Merchandising and Display guidelines (generic and new store planograms)
RIS & SKU - Flooring and Range Optimization
- Analyze and execute right model mix for selected Strategic and Growth accounts with well define SKU focus and prioritization.
- Track ant Monitor the New Launches Flooring Progress, review the Flooring / Sell Out performance with PM, Sales and FF team & develop action plans.
Channel Mapping/ Store Grading
- Work closely with retail planning team to analyze mapping information by store/segment and develop relevant channel strategy
- Identify stores and develop action plans for Store Segmentation/ Upgradation/ Resources planning as the total RM resources
Project Scheduling, Budget and Planning
- Work closely with PM team for MDF Short and Mid term Budget Planning in related to Strategic Reno and POSM activities with full overview of Marketing Activities calendar
- Provide Monthly Budget Planning for the respective category in charge to division budget Planning Team, ensure adhere budgeting submission and approval

Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, and Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 4 -6 year(s) of marketing / trade marketing experience in consumer / FMCG industry
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Strong analytical and good negotiation skill
- Project/Programs Management Experience
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently
