You will be in charge of project management-related jobs, which include checking stock orders, delivery samples, and orders to the project site, briefing, and handling the site in terms of lighting installation and pre-installation work. Mainly, you will be focusing on managing site lighting installation conditions, making sure the contractors understand your instructions, and installing according to plan.

Job Responsibilities :

• Cordinate designer and contractor work at site
• Transfer installation guide to the onsite contractor
• Make sure the responsible contractor understand and excute the plan according to our design 
• Communicate between designer and contractor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
• Perform in general administrative functions and employee relations tasks.
• Maintain office stationery stock records and other necessary supplies regularly.
  Liaise with panel insurance agent for all types of insurance policies renewal, latest update listing of employees status-change, insurance claims submission etc.
• Keep track and monitor all agreements and licenses records to ensure in time renewal and update the related schedules for status-change.

Assist in recruitment process such as vacancy advertisements and job interview arrangement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that all material used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workplace involved in the project.
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
• Liaising with clients and their representative (architects, engineers and surveyors) including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• To perform delivery and collections of vehicles on a timely manner in
  accordance with the schedules efficiently and effectively
• To perform chauffeur service
• To conduct pre-delivery inspection of vehicles and ensure vehicles are fit
  for hiring
• To delivery vehicles for Puspakom Inspection
• To handle the daily vehicles movements and parked securely according to
  the assigned location
• To conduct barcode scanning of the vehicles on a daily basis
