As a Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager, you'll create a culture and environment where customer facing teams deliver exceptional service as well as referrals across service lines to hospitals, clinical services, and other wellbeing centres, as a part of a holistic healthcare journey.

You'll have responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all aspects of service lines along with the overall beneficiary experience. This is based around an overarching customer intimacy ethos and how service lines are experienced. The role is also responsible for the commerciality and revenue across those service lines, including membership sales and retention.

As our Multi-Site Customer Experience Manager, you will:

• Lead and promote a beneficiary led service, designed to support customers at whatever point they are at in their health journey
• Manage the complaints process to agreed SLAs, monitoring trends and taking action to reduce the number
• Effectively manage concierge / Front of House and fitness teams, and the Food & Beverage service
• Manage and drive the commercial success of all key revenue generating services and member retention within the centre, including subscriptions, swim, Food and Beverage, Retail, Creche / Nursery, Junior Programming, and ensuring appropriate action is taken on feedback from member satisfaction surveys
• Develop initiatives and a culture that will drive customer satisfaction, future sales increase, retention levels and subsequently profitability
• Deputise for the General Manager
• Relevant HR, Payroll and membership administration, ensuring compliance to all company policies and legislation, and ensuring that all systems (financial and membership) are operational and effective

Job Description:

The Work Site Support Specialist is responsible for providing a work-based learning experience in a competitive integrated setting for eligible VR clients who are enrolled in high school. The Work Site Support Specialist will facilitate on-site support, as well as lead classroom discussion using ODEP’s soft skills curriculum for the development of employability skills in a real work environment. The Specialist completes necessary plans, reports and paperwork, as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate students’ work-based learning experiences within the Pre-Employment Training - Work Experience Program with VR.
• Facilitate on-site support for students who will work a total of 16 hours at the identified worksite(s) over the course of four days within each week, with a target of 4 hours worked per day.
• During each 20-hour week of the program, the summer work employment specialist incorporates four hours of soft skills training per week and review/discuss on site experiences. This can be done at various times throughout each day, including at the beginning and end of each work shift.
• Support students on the worksite by facilitating individuals’ full integration into the
• worksite and serve as a mediator between co-workers and supervisors as necessary.
• Prepare plans, reports, and other paperwork as needed.
• Obtain information about student through intake process, including meetings with students and their families, VR Counselors, and school personnel in order to understand and know the student's strengths, skills, capacities, needs, vocational and other interests.

Under the direction of the Medical Reception Supervisor, the Appointment Clerk/Medical Receptionist performs a variety of tasks for the agency in as much as it is the first contact via telephone by the prospective patient with the clinic. Responsibilities:

• Performs day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties.
