This position will support K.U.S Pre-Cast (S) Pte Ltd projects in Singapore.

Job Responsibility:

1.Responsible to provide pre sales support to Sales Team.

2. Responsible to handle customer order and delivery arrangement

3. Responsible to issue Delivery Order (D/O) and OE data entry

4. Responsible to provide after-sales support to customers

5. Ensure proper file for all customer Purchase Order (Local)

6. Ensure achievement of quarterly corporate and departmental goals and outlines

7. Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower

8. Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard

9. Responsible for compliance with Management Directive and Company policies

10. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education Required:

· Minimum ‘N’ Level or equivalent

Experience Required:

· Min 1 years’ relevant in admin work.

· High personal, professional ethics at work.

· Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

· Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work.

· A team player, flexible and be readily adaptable to changing conditions and demands.

· Experience in construction industry will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operations, liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.
2. Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
3. Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet targets.
4. Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.
5. Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction operations.
6. Reporting to Project Director / Management.
7. Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Company.

Education Required:

1. Possess Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board OR
2. Degree in Civil Engineering not recognized by Singapore PE Board with valid Structural Steel Engineers (StEr) (SSSS) certificate and membership.
3. Relevant certificate – BCSS / CSCPM – etc

Experience Required:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Structural Steel & Metal work
2. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.

• Site documentation and induction safety course for new workers.
• Weekly site toolbox meeting & weekly progress meeting
• Implementation of the company's site Risk Assessment Safety Work Procedure.
• Ensure safe working enviroment by conducting site inspections
• Manage purchase order of work materials
• Manage & monitor all subcontractor work according to BCA standard
• Communicate with all related subcontractor till the completion of construction site projects.
• Follow up on all government authority inspection
• Manage and coordinate handover upon completion of construction projects

Planning to carry on site works and monitoring daily site operations for workers.

· Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural or M&E drawings specifications and schedule.

· Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.

· Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Ensure safety compliance, quality control of materials/equipment on site.

· Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

· Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

· Record and ensure proper documentation.

· Any other duties as assigned
