We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our technical recruiting engine. This is a unique opportunity to directly have an impact on our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver strategic talent sourcing initiatives, providing market insights, coaching Hiring Managers, and ensuring alignment for an efficient and exceptional hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- You will own the full recruitment cycle from end to end, managing multiple roles across primarily technical departments (Engineering, Product Management).
- You will develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and the HR team to fully understand business needs and objectives.
- You will partner with Hiring Managers across the business to provide insight on market intelligence, candidate expectations, and when interview processes might need changing or adapting.
- You will provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on the status of open roles and recruiting activities.
- You will use creative and innovative direct sourcing techniques to find high-potential candidates.
- Using Workable (our ATS), you will ensure all information is up to date and the end-to-end recruitment process is followed.
- You will coordinate and lead post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates.
- On occasion, you will represent ValGenesis and participate in local or virtual recruitment and networking activities to increase awareness for our employer brand.
- You are always on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities, providing feedback on how our hiring process can be improved.
- Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for roles.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
- You have 5+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment, preferably SaaS-based companies
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working with Recruiting technology and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Boolean, Naukri)
- You’re a team player and are keen to mentor a team with insights and proven techniques for finding talented people and creating an amazing candidate experience.
- You are comfortable working across multiple time zones with team members based around the globe
- You can quickly build rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
- You are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- You have strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You are extremely organized, with strong attention to detail.
- You can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- You are an expert when it comes to sourcing talent, finding creative ways to source candidates, and inspiring candidates with compelling messaging
- You are business fluent in English, with strong communication skills
