RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope):

• Provide advice and support to the PD or PM for the development, implementation, review and revision of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and attachments.
• Provide assistance to project QA/QC personnel in managing all related quality matters, including certificates/certification, audits, calibration, test results, requests for inspection, material submissions, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, delivery of permanent materials, and other important QA/QC documents.
• Interact with other Managers and Engineers to implement and coordinate the PQP and attachments.
• To attend regular meetings with clients and other relevant meetings to represent the Quality Section.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of the PQP and provide reports to management on quality performance and areas of improvement.
• Review subcontractor/supplier quality systems.
• Participate in internal audits and take charge of collecting quarterly performance measurements of project objectives.
• Report on quality-related matters to the QAQC & IMS Manager (Corporate), including preparation of monthly summary reports.
• Assist the QAQC & IMS Manager (Corporate) with grant and award applications, such as the Productivity Innovative Project (PIP) and Project of the Year awards.
• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) in accordance with CEP schedule.
• Prepare, review and/or approve the Document Submissions for client approval
• Interact with Managers and Engineers to implement and coordinate the Inspection and Testing.
• Compile and receive relevant Material certificates and test reports from Suppliers.
• Coordinate with relevant parties, such as QPS (client-engaged supervision team), suppliers, and testing laboratories, for material testing and witnessing.
• Raise Requests for Inspection (RFI) for all relevant testing and inspection activities, both on-site and off-site, including trial mix design of concrete, mock-up tests, and qualification of new products.
• Compile and maintain quality records e.g. Request for Inspection (RFI), Testing results of concrete strength, rebar and verify as necessary.
• Coordinate on-site quality assurance and control activities e.g. receive and ensure the correct concrete grade and type is delivered to respective area and structure, witness concrete sampling and slump test with QPS.
• Conduct site verification of construction drawings, procedures, inspections plans, etc. being used by construction personnel.
• Oversee quality inspection surveillance to the site and raise an NCR or Quality observation whichever is applicable if there are quality issues onsite. Conduct an investigation for any NCRs and submit the report to Quality Manager for review prior to issuance to the relevant party.
• Responsible for quality inspection, material verification, and quality documentation.
• Promote quality awareness with project personnel.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Manufacturing Representative’s primary functions are to assure manufacturing operations meet the quality system requirements, product is released to sterilization and shipping after review of documentation and assisting Quality engineers with quality issues. This position will also provide training, guidance, and input on quality issues to the manufacturing floor. This position will also audit compliance to the quality policy and procedures. The incumbent will participate in continuous improvement and other plant initiatives as needed in support of business goals. This position reports directly to a Quality Engineer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

• Performs review of manufacturing documentation

• Releases product to the next stage of manufacturing or shipping

• Follows up on manufacturing issues with appropriate parties

• Perform complete inspection of product according to applicable specifications

• Reports issues to the Quality Engineers and assist as needed with quality related issues

• Document all inspections as required

• Update all reports and databases as required for reporting and tracking purposes

What You’ll Get to Do:

Provide on-site ship availability program management (PM) and technical support to Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels. MSC’s vessels are scheduled to enter shipyard availabilities for various maintenance, installations, and modifications.

Contractor shall work with the Availability Management Team (AMT) to accomplish the specific tasks for assigned work items.

Contractor shall assist in observing and verification and reporting on engineering requirements associated with the maintenance, repair and modification of the vessel. The CQAR will provide all observations, reports and recommendations to the Principal Port Engineer (PPE).

Provide technical services for engineering development and documentation. Technical services shall include engineering support in areas of naval architecture, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and marine engineering. Work packages and studies will be conducted to support vessels and upcoming availabilities and will provide replacement and repair solutions and upgrades or improvements.

More About the Role:

The contractor shall perform the following related to the work items assigned.

• observe, monitor work performed by shipyard personnel to verify and validate adherence to work package requirements and ABS/USCG Regulatory Body requirements.  Contractor shall verify installations, interfaces, test procedures, test results and compare to the specifications of the work items and drawings.
• Provide review of shipyard production activities in the areas of piping and steel and aluminum fit-ups, weld inspection, and gauging. Make determinations on plating and piping replacement requirements and provide recommendations to PPE. Provide review of structural drawings and documents to ensure proper grade and plate sizes are being utilized.
• Provide a written daily status report on assigned work items to the PPE.. Provide periodic verbal reports to the PPE on status of assigned work items throughout the day.
• Attend Quality Assurance Checkpoints. Report any concerns to PPE.
• Contractor shall perform daily rounds walking the ship during various times of the day to observe and monitor shipyard work process, quality and progress being accomplished for assigned work items.

• Ability to travel CONUS/OCOUNS 2-4 months at a time

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Organize and prioritize all active and previously completed files from Sales Support for completion of current patient orders and AR Billing audit requests.

• Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.

• Completes special project chart approvals as assigned or directed by medical billing ops leadership

• Reviews patient records to ensure that it meets the compliance standards for clinical documentation  and that information received and documented is accurate for billing purposes

• Audits chart notes and records against information obtained and documented in multiple internal software systems to ensure accuracy.  

To be successful in this role, you require:

• MUST HAVE working knowledge of medical terminology.

• 1+ years medical industry or call center/customer service experience

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools.

You will report to the License Compliance Manager, based in Costa Rica. You will be part of a team of high-performing individuals who work through a large volume of leads and opportunities to vet, drive, and closeout. You will guide License Compliance engagements in LATAM accounts to ensure a commercial resolution while retaining customers. You will work with Autodesk sales teams, channel partners, legal, and extended License Compliance team. You will also be responsible for meeting and forecasting your territory's quarterly and annual License Compliance sales goals.

You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Work through a large volume of license compliance leads – speaking with customers to uncover compliance issues using anti-piracy telemetry and analytics tools
