Job Description

• Assists in overseeing the full spectrum of HR services (recruitment, policies, benefit & compensation, training & development, manpower budget, staff welfare & all other HR related issues).

Manager, HR Group Shared Services

Job Responsibilities

• You will lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• The scope of HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services including probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of employment contract terms, and retirement and re-employment.
• You will also be responsible for driving projects that leverages on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
• You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team. Besides ensuring the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, you will also be responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements.
• As a key HR shared service partner, you will be required to actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from the HR community.

Due to an internal transfer, we are searching for a talented Human Resources Manager for Madame Tussauds Singapore. This role will develop & drive the people strategy for the attraction and lead the day-to-day HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop & implement an annual HR plan to support the delivery of key business objectives including employee retention & engagement, revenue generation, profit delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Be the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance to current legislation, policies, and procedures.
