Job Overview

Plan and execute the replenishment of the production in order to secure the optimized production utilization and customer supply.

Job Description

Coordination of activities related to packing material planning:-

1. Able to plan the optimized production utilization based on the current customer demand.
2. Coordinate Material plan with planner and ensure stock availability at warehouse
3. Act as a window person with Logistics Planning and ensure Finished Goods reach to the distribution center on time as planned
4. Responsible for all custom related reports

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Manager (SM) to join our sales team based out of our offices in various locations in BW office. Your responsibilities will be to lead a sales team and develop the team into successful performers, coach them by engaging with them in sales attachment and ultimately drive the team to achieve their target. To help achieving this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding commission structure, subsidized transport allowance, subsidized mobile phone, work tools and career opportunities. You will also be given full product and sales solutions training in Pest Control and Hygiene, with hands on assistance from our group of Specialist and Sales Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading the sales team and drive them to achieve monthly and annual target
• Coach and guide sales team into professional sales personnel
• Review weekly sales activities, defining strategic sales pipeline and prospects by building on solid existing client relationship to win more new sales and clients in your territory to help the team to achieve sales target
• Engaged in sales route ride with the team within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is explored
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Drive sales revenue and analyse their needs for upsell and cross sell opportunities
• Takes accountability by ensuring team update daily sales in system
• Agile and flexible to perform on-site inspection as and when required
• Work closely with other team members to assist in collection

• Conduct sales meetings and support overall sales SOP so as to be aligned with Company’s direction
• Conduct visit at major customers’ site on monthly basis to understand their needs, concerns and suggest improvement from feedback received

• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in any related with at least 5 years relevant Sales Management/ Supervisory experience
• Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
• Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving sales target
• Driven by data, analytical, able to develop team by managing their sales activities and coach them accordingly
• Excellent in building a network of excellent customer relationships
• Able to identify potential opportunities and provide cost effective solutions to clients
• Ability to work onsite especially under the sun and go on joint visits with Sales/ Technical colleagues
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated geographic areas/ region
• Able to work autonomously and thrive on challenges
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

• Ability to drive team to achieve & exceed sales targets
• Ability to think on your feet to coach team with customer focused solutions
• Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Release Work Order through SAP and MES
2. Plan, schedule, monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite the work order to ensure shipments to customer are meet
3. Regular interface with Production Manager/Supervisor/Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers and other required personnel to achieve the output goal and shipment requirement
4.  To communicate and coordinate especially with Production team regularly to ensure smooth flow of production
5. To prepare reports in timely manner
6. Required to working in shift and station in Production Office
7. Any other tasks related to planning that assigned by superior from time to time
8. Participate in Improvement Projects related to Planning/Manufacturing or Automation

Your contribution to something big!

• Sales order processing and maintenance including creation of billing documents ie: credit note, credit returns and debit memos without errors in SAP.
• Monitor and regular follow up on outstanding open orders.
• Down payment and shipping invoices creation (Excel/SAP)
• Liaise with Logistics/Warehouse/Purchasing to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Warehouse for delivery of customers’ orders.
• Provide pro-active information to customers and sales regarding delivery status of customers’ orders, especially orders which are delayed from plant.
• Update and upload invoice to selected customers’ web portal ie: TNB.
• Upload returned signed delivery notes from customer into SAP.
• Filling for signed delivery notes.
• Packing Lists preparation for project pending for deliveries
• Update Sales Order Management (SOM) tracking sheet with information of order confirmation from supplier
• Support for strategy and business plan (PowerPoint preparation)
