Job Description:

1. Support the service team, to do troubleshooting and resolve problems we have face for after sales service business, with knowledge of Middle Speed Engine, Dual Fuel Engine, Selective Catalytic Reduction & New products.

2. Understand the customer and market demand and become a bridge between the customers and business partners.

3. Create an invoice and support the manager in creating a monthly sales report.

4. Visit customers to have a meeting for any type of negotiations for our services.

5. Open to go on long business trips to India, Bangladesh, Philippines, etc. for power plant projects

6. Open to being transferred to overseas branches or to local agents in Philippines, India, Bangladesh.

7. Create and proofread each report for our service job, translate in English, Japanese, Chinese and Malay.

8. Participate in training seminar of our products for partner companies and customers as a trainer and interpret each language for the participants.

Jobs Requirements:

· Have knowledge of marine industries.

· Minimum 2 years’ job experience within relevant Machinery fields based on training by middle speed engine manufacturer.

· Minimum 2 years’ job experience of Middle speed diesel engine maintenance support.

· Minimum 1 years’ job experience of Dual fuel engine maintenance support.

· Minimum 1 years’ job experience of parts sales.
