Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Burry Port. My client is on the lookout for a proactive individual to join their welcoming team as Distributor Support on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new role as Distributor Support will see you being responsible for a number of different tasks including but not limited to: communicating with customers via email and phone call, answering general office enquires via telephone, processing customer orders, loading customer orders onto the system, ensuring all export documentation is completed and filed correctly, liaising with couriers and freight forwarders, multitasking and providing the highest standard of customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive, able to provide a high standard of customer service and has a good telephone manner. You will be working in a busy and fast-paced environment and, so the ability to multitask is of great importance. The successful candidate will be an individual who is experienced at dealing with customer accounts and working within a shipping/logistics environment.

What you'll get in return
In return, the successful candidate will join a welcoming team and will receive a competitive salary of circa £23,000 (experience dependent). You will be entitled to 25 days holiday + bank holidays and will be entitled to a company pension scheme. The position is a full-time permanent role, Monday - Friday.

Your new role
Your new role will be to manage a small service that supports two males with their days. As the manager, you will work alongside and support the staff team of six to create the most successful care environment. You will do this by creating rotas, care plans, reviewing care plans, developing inductions and working alongside the locality support manager.
If you haven't yet been a manager and this would be your first step into managing the service, there is a lot of support on offer from both the locality manager and the deputy locality manager as well as the managers in the other services.
The shift patterns:
• 8 am -3 pm
• 3 pm -10 pm
• 10pm -8am


What you'll need to succeed
• You will be someone with a willingness to learn and ready to take the next step in management or next step to service manager.
• Ideally you will have a QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or will be working towards this qualification.

They have a new service collaborating with survivors and stakeholders, to support individuals who have also experienced sexual violence. This provides the opportunity for individuals to receive specialist support through sexual violence counselling and one to one sexual violence support. They recognise that a person's recovery from sexual abuse does not end with formal support and want to ensure support continues as part of their community.

Your new role:
We are looking creative, sociable, compassionate support workers with great organisational skills to provide support to survivors of sexual abuse in the Neath area. We want to ensure that the individuals we support can be with others in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. In this role you would be responsible for organising opportunities for survivors to meet each other and provide support, as well as producing a timetable that is varied to allow a range of support. You will need to ensure that all spaces are trauma informed environments, events are inclusive and target the barriers survivors face. You will also help to ensure a smooth transition into other services. Working hours consist of 9-5 Monday to Friday, with on-call twice a month.

What you will need to succeed:
They need someone who thrives when people come together as a community. A minimum of one year experience supporting survivors of sexual violence is essential for this role. This would include experience of building rapport with survivors of abuse and knowledge of the impact of sexual violence and trauma. You will need great verbal and written communication skills and competency in information technology and software. Driving is essential for this role.

Position: Helpdesk Support Advisor
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm on a rota basis

HRGO are currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Advisor to join their established client in Ellesmere Port. You will join a busy Level 1 Help Desk (Software support) team providing quality service to customers as well as other teams within the business internally. This will involve being the gateway between client facing brands and their development company. Responsible for coordinating bug fixes, test plans, system releases; they ensure both our bespoke systems and integration's are running seamlessly.

Duties:
- Provide helpdesk support and be recognised as a subject matter expert on internal systems and systems.
- Deliver high quality System updates and enhancements through detailed QA testing.
- Ensure products, applications and Systems are working as expected.
- Be the first point of contact for customers when they require any systems assistance.
- Investigate queries from customers during their usage of our systems.
- Investigate technical queries and problems, including working with XML and JSON files.
- Triage issues to the relevant department if we are unable to answer a query or provide a fix ourselves.
- Follow issues through to resolution in conjunction with various departments.
- Communicate updates, answers and fixes to customers as required.
- Investigate and escalate any reports of outages and down time.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new functionality, fixes, and version upgrades.
- Liaise with system development teams, product owners and other relevant teams.
- Contribute to knowledge base comments and articles to further internal and external knowledge transfer.
- Look to increase online documentation and self-help system usage.
- Produce user guides and deliver basic training.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Be a committed, enthusiastic, and supportive team member.
- Attend and contribute in a positive and objective manner at team meetings or any relevant departmental/company meetings.
- Compile accurate business letters/reports as required.
- Acknowledge correspondence within set standards and timescales.
- Maintain systems to ensure quality control.
