NUS Enterprise is seeking a new member to join a fast-growing team involved in developing and managing postgraduate entrepreneurship programmes such as the NUS Master of Science in Venture Creation and various NUS Continuing Education and Training (CET) initiatives. This is part of the NUS Enterprise Academy objectives in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The new member will work alongside the existing team and could be responsible for some of the following roles:

• Managing new/ existing programmes involving local and international students and entrepreneurs, including the administration of student-related matters, and possibly support internship placements, companies engagement, etc.
• Support the running of new programmes/ initiatives involving local and international students and other partners
• Building the community of programme participants, alumni and partners through various engagement platforms and activities

Qualifications

• Degree Holder with at least 3 years of working experience
• Diploma Holder and Degree Holder who graduated in the recent 1-2 years are welcome to apply as well
• Proven project/ programme management skills
• Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on entrepreneurial trends in Singapore and globally would be an advantage, but not a must

The incumbent, for both local and international markets, is responsible for sourcing, evaluation and procurement of food supplies to ensure optimal cost-saving in purchases and business efficiency, as well as to ensure uninterrupted fulfilment to the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue request for quotation to suppliers for new items
• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
• Process and verify invoices
• Source for appropriate samples and products with the best possible pricing and payment terms by manner of quotation from suppliers

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for the admissions processes of our various MSc programmes as well as the Graduate Certificate programmes in collaboration with other team colleagues. S/he will work with the various stakeholders (Academic Director, relevant faculty members, students, internal and external stakeholders) to ensure the smooth running of the admissions process for our programmes. S/he will also have an important public relations role in representing the MSc Programmes Office, NUS Business School, and NUS both internally and externally, and contribute to the Business School’s mission and values.

1. Part of a dynamic team involved in the growth of the MSc Programmes Office
2. Manage the admissions administration and processes (e.g. review application materials, organize/conduct interviews, prepare reports and admissions materials for management review, etc.)
3. Liaise with prospective applicants on application documentation and submissions
4. Provide support to the students for admissions-related matters (e.g. Application process, Student Pass, Matriculation, etc.)
5. Collaborate closely with the faculty in conducting and transcribing admission interviews

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the Corporate Planning team, you will support the strategy development, corporate planning and corporate communications processes relating to the overall SASCO Senior Citizens’ Home, incorporating a Sheltered Home, four (4) day-care centres and two (2) Senior Activity Centres. This includes coordinating inputs from relevant departments to facilitate the establishment and implementation of a business cum organisational excellence framework.
