As the Sustainability Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of external assurance and internal audit services to clients to ensure that clients' sustainability reports comply with relevant standards and guidelines, and are credible and reliable.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively manage the firm's sustainability assurance and GHG verification practice globally as an auditor.
• Actively manage the firm's ESG internal audit engagements as an auditor.
• Participate in the development and implementation of assurance and verification methodology and processes in accordance with required standards.
• Manage assurance and verification engagements, including planning, execution and delivery.
• Ensure that engagements are completed on time, and in compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in sustainability reporting, assurance and verification standards and ethics guidelines.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's sustainability assurance and verification services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, assurance, or GHG verification services.
• A thorough understanding of the principles, requirements, and guidelines set forth in the AA1000 Assurance Standard and ISAE 3000 (Revised) Standard is required. An AA1000 assurance practitioner certification will be an advantage.
• Strong auditing and assurance skills, including experience in the design and implementation of audit programs, audit planning, and report writing. Experience in identifying and assessing risk and in evaluating and testing internal controls is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in sustainability report assurance and GHG verification.
• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting standards and guidelines, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and GHG Protocol.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participating in internal audit reviews, risk and controls self-assessment, internal controls testing, compliance reviews, business process review and risk analysis, provide value-added recommendations.

For internal audit review:

• Prepare and develop a work-plan by identifying high-risk areas to be examined for the audit assignment.

Manage and coordinate all Quality Inspection and Calibration activities at Regal Rexnord PSI Bearings location. Expected Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.

• Provide data analysis and strategic thinking to help drive change and improvements, resulting in an enhanced customer experience
• Effectively working with cross-functional teams and departments including business sectors, customer touchpoints, operations, data science, finance, and IT
• Collect and analyse the voice of the customer through survey tools, focus groups, and mystery shopping
• Track regular SLAs across touchpoints
• Prepare dashboard reports to management and issue owners for follow up, and communicate analysis/results/recommendations to the Customer Experience team and senior management
• Perform quantitative analysis that provides insights and actionable recommendations on gaps relating to customer experience

Job Description:

• Provide Leadership and guidance in Quality Management Certifications and Quality agreements

• Lead and set up global processes to improve customer satisfaction

• Chair regular meeting with Quality Managers and prepare Monthly Quality Report

• Coordinate external bodies (customers, suppliers, certification auditors) on quality related activities

• Responsible for achievement of Quality KPIs

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant discipline

• 8 to 12 years of Production, Quality Assurance and/or Product Stewardship functions

• Good understanding of Quality/Environmental Safety standards (ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 18001, ISO 14001) and requirements

• Able to resolve complex high-risk customer’s complaints

• Salary ranges between S$7,000 to S$8,000 per month
