• Translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases
• Liaise with key stakeholders to confirm on the test coverage
• Getting sign-off for all test deliverables to close off the testing cycle
• Execute manual and automation test cases
• Point of contact of the QA related matters and inquiries for the project
• Lead the discussions during QA activities such as test coverage walkthrough, SIT/UAT execution
• Assist PM to formulate QA strategy for the project as necessary

• Diploma in Computer Science or Testing or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in QA
• Experience in working with stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus-building
• Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Ship & Hat would be an added advantage
• Thirsty for knowledge and keen to explore new technologies
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and conceptual skill
• Knowledge in agile and waterfall methodology
• Experience in using JIRA and SharePoint

About the role

This role will work closely with Asia Pacific internal stakeholders, managing Bollore QHSE (Quality Assurance) activities in order to support achieving assigned budget objectives of the Healthcare Vertical. This consists of directing the quality strategy and coordinating the sales, procurement, and operations in Asia Pacific.

What you will be doing

• Design and develop quality system module in compliance with Healthcare customers, product regulations & requirements, and global quality management policy.
• Responsible for Healthcare vertical Quality & Health & Safety within Asia Pacific, including policy creation, program development, compliance and audits.
• Responsible for daily operation monitoring and cross activity reviews with internal stakeholders
• Support development of Pharmaceutical vertical and product strategy with local and regional vertical leads
• Manage suppliers’ qualifications
• Ensure compliance and adherence to customer requirements
• Responsible for alarm set-up internally and with external suppliers
• Lead QMS implementation in Asia Pacific, ensuring that vertical strategy and plans are aligned with major trade partners and local entities at all time
• Develop policies, practices and training programs
• Develop and renew healthcare related Certificates for Asia Pacific sites
• Setting up SOPs in GDP-trained officers
• Leading sub-contractor qualification programs and process
• Take part in customer QHSE surveys and audit reviews
• Conduct accident investigations, address issues, work out solutions, and generate written CAR reports
• Take part in business solution development, including verification, risk assessment, BCP, exception management, solution optimization, etc.
• Review quality compliance in Asia Pacific, develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance, to increase customer satisfaction

The successful candidate

Essential

• Experienced manager within the pharmaceutical and medical product market
• At least 5 years experience in the International freight forwarding or Healthcare industry
• Proven experience with GDP and preferably GMP (/ GSP )
• Good knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation
• Strong communication skills in English
• Result-driven and analytical
• High level of integrity and quality compliance
• Able to work independently and in a team

Desirable

• OSHA certified, HAZMAT certified, is a plus
