Our client is a leading Multinational Social Media Company.

As an Operations Program Manager -Legal, you'll play a key role in ensuring that Company meets its legal and regulatory requirements by applying adequate project and program management practices to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Manager interdependencies across operations & projects within the program.
• Facilitate risk mitigation and contribute to removing roadblocks to ensure critical project delivery on time.
• Drive efficiency within the team through tooling solutions and/or stakeholder management initiatives.
• Ensure adequate project management tracking and facilitate communication within the program, team and other stakeholders.
• Support efforts pertaining to achieving regulatory and legal compliance, e.g. high priority case escalations and case management.
• Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships across Legal, Public Policy, and other Operations team.
• Support data reporting of key metrics within the team by working with cross functional teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, in particular Legal, Public Policy, Operations and Engineering Teams to lead or contribute to project delivery.
• Use expertise to improve knowledge and expertise within the team.
• Proactively and independently contribute to the strategic direction of the team.

Job Requirements:

• BA or BS degree in business studies, law or political sciences with min 3-4+ years’ experience within operations environment from tech company.
• 2-3+ years’ experience in managing complex projects and/or program management
• Legal, Legal Ops or Intellectual Property experience is added advantage.
• Knowledge of the intersection of legal guidance, policy and free speech on the Internet
• Experience using data driven techniques, advance process improvements to ensure workflows within programs operate efficiently.
• Experience being flexible and thrives in fast-paced changing problem spaces.
• Experience working well across different teams/ time zones.
• Should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
