Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, preferably HR management, Psychology
• 4-5 years' relevant experience, HR / employee engagement and program
• Preferably experience in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
• Must be experienced in Microsoft Office programs, preferably in Microsoft Power BI as well
• Strong written English communication skills
• Attention to Details, Analyzing Statistical Information, bases decisions on facts and figure

The Job Role

WellPro Services is looking for Coil Tubing Specialist Technicians who will be responsible for the plant and equipment and supervising the site work crew. The technician must ensure all work is conducted in a safe and professional manner.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Ensure that timely follow up takes place on all HSE issues that arise through employee requests, audits and inspections, HSE/Toolbox meetings or incidents.
* Ensure reporting requirements are met for such things as incident reports, Toolbox Meeting minutes, maintenance inspections and repairs and details of pro-active safety measures (drills, JSA’s, corrective actions, etc.) in daily reports.
* Meeting with client’s representative as required to discuss HSE issues.

* Troubleshooting - Organise and oversee inspections, diagnosis and maintenance of machinery. Specify and implement alternative solutions to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* Assist the Supervisor to maintain parts and spares inventory to ensure uptime for all equipment is optimised
* Collect and analyse data and assist the Supervisor to plan and organise jobs including the procurement of site specific equipment;
* Conduct operations on site to ensure execution as per job plans;
* Implement maintenance schedules for all related equipment (including, BOP’s, trucks, pumps engines and iron);
* Train crews across;
* Supervise and direct Assistant Operators and Trainees;
* Review and quality assure job reports prior to submission to the Supervisor; and
* Perform other duties as directed

Qualifications, Certificates & Licences

* Sound oil and gas field service operations experience (CSG experience preferred);
* Coil tubing experience including oil well plug and abandonment knowledge and experience
* Solid knowledge of the operation of, and the ability to operate and maintain coiled tubing and cementing units, mud pumps, compressors, boosters, mist pumps etc;
* Knowledge of air and mud drilling;
* Good knowledge of down hole equipment and work over procedures;
