Job Description:
- Coordinate within supplier and international branches on logistics, stock replenishment, stock forecast, product ordering and others issues related to Operations Department.
- Consolidation orders from branch, and issue PO to suppliers.
- Liaises with supplier regarding product purchasing on order status, ETA, logistic arrangement, payment, product issues, and other related issues.
- Prepare shipping document to branches for new shipment and follow up with branches on receiving delivery status.
- Coordinate and assist to monitor the inventory level of all branches, inventory planning, inter-branch stock transfer and checking availability.
- Perform any additional duties as and when assigned by superior.
- Report to Hong Kong Headquarters.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation or any equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience. Junior and Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Team player and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and handle tasks independently
- Possess strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills to secure support and contribution from a wide range of stakeholders.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- MUST proficiency in Mandarin.
- Computer literate with good knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Immediate available or short notice is recommended.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
