The Mission of Procurement is to ensure Global Supply Base Operational Excellence while complying to LEGO requirements.

This Role focuses on supporting the Product Development of Tech Components (from Design to Mass Production) via Collaborator & Supplier Management, Negotiations, Cost/Budget Management and Processes Improvements.

The Role works with both Internal and External Stakeholders to deliver the Project Objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a business, supply chain or Engineering-related field or equivalent working experience is preferred
• Min 10 years’ relevant working experience in Procurement: strategic sourcing/ project management; procurement/supplier management experience; with high quality deliverables in a multinational manufacturing environment,
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing and analytical skills with ability to develop & manage supplier and collaborator relationships
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of manufacturing methodologies & processes of SMT and Box built
• Proven experience in EMS cost modeling and cost structure
• Familiar with New Product Introduction (NPI) procurement activities
• Strong knowledge in Mechatronics Commodities, key players and strategies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strategic & analytical thinking abilities
• Solution and results orientation with proven ability to deliver
• Proactive and collaborative
• Willingness and ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills.

Sales Manager

Full Time

$4,500 to $6,500

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Engage customers by attending to sales inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
