· Updates management on sub-contractor's claims status (i.e. work performed, penalties, back-charges, advances imposed on sub-contractors);

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to QS/Engineering Department
• Responsible for administering and managing all income and outgoing project documents
• Support preparing documentation and reports
• Preparation of Q&M manual & Catalogue handling
• Experience in ISO, OHSAS, Compliance, document control/ filling system
• Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Computers skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words, Power Point etc.)
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, meticulous, resourceful, result-driven, independent, and responsible
