Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant (Home Based: Minnesota or Wisconsin)
As a Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant at Philips, you will lead the clinical implementations of HPM solutions with customers. Consult and partner with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant (CSDC), Clinical Solution Workflow Consultant (CSWC), and sales to design, plan, and oversee delivery of complex HPM solutions throughout the customer lifecycle (could be single or multi-year engagements). Responsible for managing the overall scope, budget, and resources for the clinical solutions.
Your role:
- Serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions.
- Manage the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.
- Analyze the customer’s existing workflow and facilitate proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensure proper testing of the system and establish a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.
- Attend seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure.
- Identify, investigate and resolve application issues and identify potential defects, document and submit those according to Philips standard processes.

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related science with 5+ years of clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience. Current nursing license.

- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Additionally, you must be able to:
- Travel up to 75% including overnight.
- Ability to drive an average of 1-4 hours daily
- Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; required to comply with vendor credentialing and wear all required personal protective equipment.

Philips Transparency Details
The base pay range for this position is $80,500 - $138,000. This role also includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
