Job Responsibilities:

·       Implementation, Operation, and maintenance of audit of HSE Management System in compliance with ISO9001 and 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.

·       Responsible for overall planning, implementation of the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health matters within workplaces.

This is an exciting opportunity to play your part in supporting Ukrainian nationals who have travelled to Wychavon through the Homes for Ukraine Scheme and their Sponsors.

We are looking for a Medical Summariser to join our friendly and supportive team to undertake the summarising of patient records according to set protocols which have been agreed by the Practice, on to the medical clinical system (SystmOne), following various coding rules. 

The postholder will be adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities, they must be a team player and have an understanding of confidentiality is required and the ability to use own judgment. 

• Summarising existing patient records.  
• Summarising new patient records to a high standard and within agreed timescales based on Practice procedures. 
• Restructuring existing computerised notes. 
• Produce a comprehensive electronic summary using SystmOne.    
• Maintaining structure when recording new information. 
• Assisting GPs with queries relating to medical records. 
• To work as a member of the clinical coding team, with responsibility for own areas, inputting coded data into the Patient Administration System. Coding from information gathered from a number of sources including patient notes, discharge forms, both manual and electronic, and other clinical information captured on a variety of sources. This will also involve running computer searches on to identify missing information.  
• To work with other administrators and healthcare professionals to provide a first-class service to our patients.

Performs a wide range of clinical duties including assisting the provider in providing quality care in a medical office setting.

What you will do

• Exhibits knowledge of lab procedures to include compliant use of ABNs and phlebotomy skills (if applicable). Sends specimens to correct lab. Accurately performs lab linkage, obtains pre authorizations, scheduling tests and specialist visits within network limitations.
• Follows insurance carrier guidelines and Medicare regulations. Maintains a working knowledge of ICD9 and CPT coding and seeks assistance as needed.
• Acts as a liaison between physician and patient, providing patient access to care, including for appointments, referrals and essential information. Demonstrates excellent customer service to include providing timely patient response and follow up. Manages patient expectations with clear explanations (i.e., informing patients about delays as appropriate) and effectively manages the providers' patient schedules. Provides patient education per protocol and provider instruction to include Electronic Health Record and exit interview communication tools.
• Maintains excellent clinical competency to include the initial patient work up (including manual vitals), chaperoning patients, assisting providers with procedures, and ensuring patient rooms are clean and compliant for next visit. Ensures that clinical equipment is maintained and clinical supplies are ordered and stocked as necessary.
• Supports productivity goals to maximize use of facility resources to meet patient demand. Maximizes physician visits so that productivity targets are met.

Section 1: PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Support the development and execution of effective health economics, reimbursement and market access strategies to enable and support commercial success in Italy for Abbott Medical Device (ABT MD) BUs (Vasc, CRM, EP, HF, SH and NMD)

Section 2: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess the impact of national and regional health care and reimbursement laws on ABT MD
• Demonstrate and communicate the economic benefit of ABT MD technologies at national, regional or local level for reimbursement and market access purposes
• Engage with healthcare/HTA authorities, hospital decision makers, key opinion leaders (KOLs) for reimbursement and market access purposes
• Provide research and reimbursement deliverables (i.e. economic literature search, cost-effectiveness analysis, value dossiers) for customer engagement initiatives, reimbursement campaign and economic modeling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure integrated market access approaches.
• Support commercial teams in developing and communicating economic value messages and economics tools (cost-analysis, economic calculators, local data generation) to support ABT MD adoption
• Contribute with original ideas, best practices, and winning strategies to the Global Health Economics & Reimbursement group to drive international synergies across regions, functions, divisions and others
• Provide internal training to BUs on HE & Reimbursement topics

Section 3: EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

• Graduate degree in Science, Medicine, Economics or Engineering. A further certification on HE, HTA, Health Policy or market access is mandatory.

• At least 5 years experience in health policy, market access, reimbursement, health economics
• Proven experience of interacting and building relationships directly with healthcare stakeholders/decision makers at all levels
• Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and trends, including payers, and healthcare funding flows

• Strong business acumen to connect to local/Area business leaders and develop HE&R solutions to support the business.

• Strong project management skills with oversight experience in both internal and external projects are necessary. Demonstrated multitasking and time management skills and experience are essential

• Strong and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability in participating and leading cross-functional teams

In close collaboration with the Regional Controller, the (Senior) Financial Analyst is responsible for the overall operational discipline related to all Financial Planning and Analysis tasks in the respective country or region. He/she is in charge of coordinating a timely and correct delivery of all financial requirements in close collaboration with the commercial leadership.

In addition to the above base deliveries, the (Senior) Financial Analyst acts as trusted business partner at all commercial levels of the organization and is focused on measurable value creation within his area of responsibility. This includes a high focus on the bottom-line for all of his/her tasks as well as project work which systematically drives the improvement of the bottom-line.

Finally, the (Senior) Financial Analyst is constantly committed to simplification and standardization. He/she helps his/her organization to reach these goals, while ensuring that non-value-adding tasks are systematically eliminated rather than shifted. To achieve these goals, the (Senior) Financial Analyst closely collaborates with the European Headquarter FP&A group and the Abbott Shared Services Organization (SSO).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination of the timely and high-quality submission of all financial requests, utilizing the Abbott reporting tools. Ensure strong operational discipline for all finance-driven processes across the organization.
• Provide decision support data to management, enabling them to drive fact-based decision-making
• Provide ongoing standard analysis on all levels of the P/L, mainly revenue, margin and operating expenses. The predominant focus should be on forward-looking analysis and risks/opportunities.
• Beyond the standard, proactively drive new ways of looking at the results and commitments. Closely collaborate with the entire organization to drive value creation through FP&A work. Also identify specific projects together with the regional controller to further drive value creation.
• Act as true business partner across the whole organization. Be perceived as a “go-to” person, while also being very reflected on the key priorities for the organization and the function.
• Support the regional controller on specific interface tasks within the Abbott Matrix (Shared Services Organization,Customer Service, Operations, etc.) as well as with broader controllership tasks (e.g. data support for audits andStatutory closes)
