Job Description:

1. Handling projects – Overall design management knowledge & experience.
2. Pre-sales engineering support- collaborate with application & sales engineering as technical support for the customer.
3. Produce project estimates and attend client meetings.
4. Knowledge of analyses customer drawing, preparing details drawing/fabrication drawing & bill of material.
5. To ensure drawing submission and product delivery on time.
6. To liaise with the project management team, QA, procurement and production.
7. To perform troubleshooting & modification for any technical issue.

• Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanics Engineering
2. Knowledgeable and experienced in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
3. Proficient in CAD 3D and 2D design software, e.g., SolidWorks.
4. Knowledge of lean six sigma and quality management systems.
5. Knowledge in mass manufacturing components and sub-systems via various processes such as machining, plastic injection moulding, die casting, forging, sheet metal forming, laser cutting, and 3D printing.
6. Able to work independently and with a team on multiple projects.
7. Good interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.

TO DESIGN, INSTALL AND OPERATE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS TO MEET CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENT

REQUIREMENTS

ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET MECHANICAL DRAWING

FAMILIAR WITH THE OPERATION OF HEAVY MACHINERIES LIKE LATHE, BORING AND CLADDING MACHINES

FAMILIAR WITH TIG/MIG OR ROBOTIC WELDING PROCESS

MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE

In charge of warehouse stock on machinery and tools

materials, chemicals , calibration of equipments, etc

Repair and replacement of machine parts and get quotation on the repair.

To check and inspect the incoming and outgoing machines which are

back from project sites.

Prepare to return the rented machine and tools to rented company .

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Immediate response to equipment breakdown request, as instructed by supervisor.
• Troubleshooting and analysis of faults or problem encountered by cranes or transport equipment, thereafter to mete out corrective action to recover equipment immediately.
• Perform periodic maintenance and checks on cranes or transport equipment, as planned or scheduled.
• Repair and reconditioning of mechanical or hydraulic parts.
• Complete job record form for each activity undertook and promptly returns the form to supervisor.
• To work under the guidance and supervision of Mechanical Foreman, Service Supervisor or Coordinator. Therefore, if in doubts, always seek for supervisor instruction.
• Keeps immediate supervisor well-informed of any activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level holder or equivalent with 4-5 years of working experience in mechanical repair of cranes or related equipment.
• Good working track record with exposure to mechanical and hydraulic control system. Advantageous for those with experience on engine repair/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
