Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales and Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the MD to join our dynamic team based in JB/ Singapore.

• Response to customer inquiries e.g. Booking, CRO, Schedule, Free Time application with liner, Request Waiver of Demurrage/Detention & etc.

• 監督分支機構的日常運作，為分支機構提供幫助和支持；

• 作為人力資源窗口，負責所有人力資源和行政相關事務，例如進行新員工入職培訓，準備、檢查和驗證出勤報告、差旅佣金和加班報告，安排辦公設備、資產和設備的維護服務車輛，監控和更新營業執照/退出租金/評估/路稅等，並為離職員工準備離職員工清單並收集所有公司財產；
• 作為IT窗口並協助IT部門處理所有IT相關問題；
• 負責文具、行政用品、雜貨和員工茶點的訂購和分發；
• 準備、監控並向總部提交非貿易帳單/發票 - 付款帳戶；
• 審核並提交銷售人員每月費用報銷；
• 負責分行小額現金報銷工作（包括輸入系統）；
• 安排現金和支票存入銀行以及系統關閉客戶付款；
• 檢查和審查 PCR/退貨單並監控 AX 系統中待處理的退貨單並提交工作流程以獲得所需審批者的批准；
• 簽發貸方票據和/或借方票據；
• 在 AX 系統中監控現金銷售/COD1 帳戶的付款；
• 必要時承擔上級指派的任何其他臨時任務或職責。

要求：

• 商業研究/行政/管理/行銷文憑或同等學歷和/或至少5年工作經驗；
• 具備電腦知識並具備良好的 Microsoft Office 或同等技能；
• 有責任心、上進心、組織嚴密、一絲不苟；
• 能夠用華語、英語和馬來語溝通；
• 願意出差。
