Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a furniture manufacturing or production environment is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, including cutting, assembly, finishing, and quality control is an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor production floor staff to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production issues and troubleshoot equipment problems.

We are a leading provider of high-speed and auto sliding doors, and we are currently seeking a Technician Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Knowing installation knowledge, maintenance, and repair of our doors at various customer locations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical problems and find solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their technical issues.
• Install and configure equipment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical skills with experience in installation and maintenance( Non expirement also able if willing to learn and work hard)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa, with knowledge of mandrin a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Driving License (better if have GDL License)
