Job Description:

You will be part of a tight, close-knit warehouse team that manages the daily operational warehouse functions for THE PROVIDORE SINGAPORE ("Company").

Together as a team, you will support the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring proper maintenance of warehouse inventory, updating shipment records, ordering required items, and ensuring accurate information is put on record.

• Safe movement of inventory and materials across facilities; sorting, organizing and storing of inventory in proper locations
• Picking, packing, and labeling of items correctly, ensuring accurate processing of inventory for delivery
• Removing inventory from trucks / shipment delivery for stocking or delivery to proper locations
• Checking of delivered items to ensure quality / quantity is correct
• Reporting of any possible damaged or missing inventory to direct Supervisor
• Stacking and organizing of large / bulky items using proper machinery where required
• Updating of logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Generation of Purchase Orders / Delivery Orders, and due follow-up tasks
• Maintenance of good housekeeping in warehouse and retail spaces
