Recruitment Consultant – Legal – SINGAPORE

Job Scope
We are more than just a recruitment service provider. We act as trusted advisers to some of the most revered law firms and internatioanl businesses right across the globe. We maintain a focus on meeting all the needs of both the employer and the candidate to find the best mutual fit. We achieve this by never losing sight of the consultative foundation on which this industry should be build. We strive to gain a detailed understanding of the employer’s culture, business aims and commercial activities, and individual candidates’ motivations, aspirations and, career objectives. We then introduce the appropriate parties to one another. As such, this role will focus on the cultivation of lasting relationships through displaying authenticity and sincerity, underpinned by commercial acumen and detailed market knowledge.
On a day to day basis, you will engage law firm clients and in-house legal teams to secure and then undertake recruitment assignments by sourcing qualified legal professionals in a full '360’ recruitment process that entails market mapping, candidate approaches (through a combined use of cold-calling and use of online mediums such as LinkedIn), assisting candidates with CV construction and interview preparation, pitching applicants to law firm clients, management of the subsequent recruitment process (including offer/acceptance negotiation), and a host of ongoing client business development activities.
You should:
· Have 1+ years of recruitment experience in an agency environment and within the legal field.
· Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
· Be interested to develop your career in the recruitment industry and an appetite to be part of an ambitious and growing enterprise
· Maintain a ferocious work ethic and exhibit tenacity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Enjoy building relationships and be passionate about working in a team-based, professional, and high-performance culture that rewards, recognises and celebrates success.

Salary:
Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Incentives + Team Incentives + meaningful progression prospects
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (08.30am - 6.00pm)
Location:
Telok Ayer Street, CBD
Holiday:
25 days plus bank holidays and office closure over the Christmas period.
