Responsibilities:

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data (target respondent: corporate company/establishment)

• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period

Requirements:

Description:

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit IT-Bezug
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Planung und Administration von Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturen
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Netzwerktechnik und Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) / Internet Protocol (IP)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Switching und Routing-Protokollen (z.B. Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) und Open Shortest Path First (OSPF))
• Sie sind sicher im Netzwerk-Troubleshooting und der Anwendung von Standard-Tools wie z.B. tcpdump  oder Wireshark
• Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an komplexen Projektaufgaben
• Eigenständige, analytische, effiziente Arbeitsweise und hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft
• Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit

• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls (in the first 2 months) and field visits to collect timely and reliable data for national statistical information
• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in responses by means of appropriate questioning and explanation
• Explain survey objectives to respondent
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Respond to queries from respondents in a professional manner
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Communications Skills | Microsoft Excel | Travel in Singapore for face-to-face surveys
• Selected candidates are required to complete the training course and passed the tests based on the given criteria
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred

Job Summary:

The Survey Experience Officer (Establishment) is responsible for collection of employee listing information from company POC (Point of Contact) to submit the Occupational Employment (OED) registry.

Collection Methods:

• Via inbound and outbound call activity
• Via field visits out to households and members of public

Data submission:

• The incumbent is expected to perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to them
• The incumbent must also submit the survey data collection details into the system and submit the completed survey
• During field visits, incumbent must also assist the respondents to complete the surveys online / manual collection and guide the respondents if the respondents need necessary guidance

Requirements:

• Prior working experience in Sales support / Customer insights / Customer relations departments / Banking & Finance call centers, would be advantageous
• Must be competent in MS Excel.
