•Experience of 7 plus years in Python development

What you'll be doing
As a member of CIBC’s Business Banking, CAM and Contact Centre Technology (BCCT) team, the Senior Project Coordinator, IT will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up on requests for information received by a team. Remote Banking & Shared Services provides Enterprise services and solutions that drive banking experiences for CIBC's personal and small business banking clients by putting our clients at the center of all that we do. As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage large cross-portfolio programs and projects from end-to-end. You’ll lead teams of internal & external stakeholders and technology partners to ensure projects of all sizes are completed in line with the team’s budget and timeline.

How You’ll Succeed
Project Management – Work closely with project sponsors, program managers, third-party vendors, application owners and other project managers to translate business case, strategy and objectives into approved project plans. Manage project financials of $1MM-$5MM. Create resource plans consisting of BAs, Solution Designers, Development, QA and Operations to support project delivery and execution.
Issue/Risk Management - Proactively manage issues that will take projects off schedule by identifying solution and getting stakeholder buy-in. Manage key risks and dependencies by implementing mitigation strategies; escalate issues and risks as appropriate.
Stakeholder Management – Communicate project status and progress to help internal and external partners make informed decisions. Comfortable to communicate in governance meetings to a broad set of audience including senior management and executive leaders (VP and above).
Collaboration – Lead teams of internal & external stakeholders and technology partners in early seed phase to perform analysis and research to determine viability of the initiative before completing a full business case. Define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities and ensuring all project team members are working towards established milestones.
Technical Acumen – Familiarity with the complexity of Banking IT ecosystems and architecture. A strong curiosity and desire to learn about new technology in the financial and retail banking space.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate experience through 6-8+ years progressive experience in Technical Project Management with Enterprise/System Integration Experience. Background in Application Development, ideally within the banking industry. You have experience managing complex technical projects in a matrix environment and completed projects through full Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), Requirements and Design, Quality Assurance and Implementation and Release Management.
You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or a related field of study. PMP Certification is a nice-to-have.

The Enhanced Screening Sr. Analyst conducts screening for current employees in high risk roles and teams. What You’ll Be Doing

What you'll be doing
As the Analyst, Information Security, you’ll be joining CIBC’s Cyber Security Resilience Team and will be supporting eDiscovery for Legal, Corporate Security and various groups. The accountabilities also include system alert analysis for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) investigations. What You'll be Doing
As an Analyst, Entitlements, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate. operational support to all our Business partners across Canada and overseas. The Analyst will be responsible for accurately analyzing Entitlements Event Information (i.e. Cash Dividend, Optional Dividend, Currency Election, Scripts and Technical Rights) and effectively reconciling, validating entitlements and electing on behalf of the clients to custodians and distribution payments to client accurately. In this role, you will be required to demonstrate strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of transactions and maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, you will proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes and clearly communicate rationale and negotiate solutions which will enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure that all assigned initiatives are implemented in an effective manner within area of responsibility. Participate in meetings to answer questions as the Subject Matter Expert.
