Job responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Work closely with department managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective strategies on hiring local. Handle full recruitment process and to recruit the right talents within the hiring timeline.
2. Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances. Assist in resolving employee relations issues.
3. Employee engagement: Organize and monitor company activities. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
4. Training and development: Identify employee training and development needs, arrange training for employee.
5. Implementation of HR policies and procedures: To ensure employees comply with policies & procedures, perform investigation and take disciplinary actions if necessary. 
6. HR reporting: Prepare weekly update, monthly report, annual budgeting, salary review report and other report as required. 
7. HR administration: To ensure HR records are in proper. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
8. To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. 
2. Candidate must possess minimum 3 years of human resources experience.
3. Prefer candidate with work experience in information technology industry.
4. Required languages: Mandarin and English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking management. 
5. Well-versed in the Malaysia Employment Act, SOCSO, EPF, and other statutory. 
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
7. A team player and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
8. Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
9. Preferred working at recruitment  company before.

Admin

• Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls, office maintenance
• Handling quotations, invoicing and general office administration work  
• To handle administrative matters relating to company properties.
• Maintain and update company records and policies timely
• Act as a liaison between the company and outside parties (suppliers)
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Finance

• Prepare monthly financial report, financial audit, and tax returns.
• Provide financial data and analysis on overall financial performance of the company to the management on regular and ad-hoc basis.
• Prepare forecast, budget, and monitor actual performance
• Responsible for the tax affairs of the company.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and others statutory bodies/authorities.
• Plan and manager cash flow and all banking facilities utilization of the company to ensure that there will be adequate amounts of funds to meet the needs of the company
• Ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, legal, secretarial and tax matters.
• Others things temporarily assigned by Finance Manager of director.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Title:  HR  Cum Admin

Location : Plaza OSK , Jalan Ampang  KL 

Salary range : RM 3,500 – RM 4,000

Experience & Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources OR Recruitment Roles.
• Proficient in communication (Cantonese, English, Mandarin); able to read and write in both Chinese and English. Fluency in Cantonese is considered an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

Ensure on-time and accuracy of processing the monthly statutory payroll, deduction, tax forms and compliance to statutory requirements for the assigned companies under the Group.
Process staff’s monthly OT and claims.
Oversee employee insurance requirements and ensure that timely updates are provided to insurance company as required for the policies.
Prepare HR documentation including employment letters, confirmation/non-confirmation/promotion/ transfer etc.
Assist in handling employee grievances, absenteeism, disciplinary issues etc.
Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review, and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
To perform any other duties as required by Management from time to time
Handling all building and office administration.
To assist in various work coordination, general admin works and documentation.
Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks if required.
 

Working Day/Hour:

6  working  days (Monday – Friday)8.00am -6.00pm

Saturday  - 8.00am – 12.00pm
