工作职责：

• 协助招募活动，包括发布职缺、安排面试、协调候选人沟通以及进行背景调查。
• 维护和更新员工记录、人力资源资料库，包括个人资讯、出席和绩效评估，确保准确性和保密性。
• 支持薪资并协助福利管理。
• 为人力资源经理提供行政支持，包括起草信件、准备报告、组织文件和安排会议。
• 协助员工办理入职和离职流程。
• 回应员工的询问并根据需要提供支援。

职位要求：

• 人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
• 具备担任人力资源助理或类似行政职位的丰富经验。
• 1年以上工作经验。
• 精通Microsoft Office套件和HRIS软体。
• 通晓马来语、英语、华语。
• 较强的组织能力和对细节关注。
• 能够维护机密并处理敏感资讯。
• 能立即上班者优先
