We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator who will provide a comprehensive, effective and efficient HR service across our JAPAC region to internal customers and people managers as part of our global HR Operations team.

HR Coordination:

• First-line contact for all employees and management in relation to HR queries regarding pay, benefits, policy and procedure, employee relations, etc.
• Manage and update all HR documentation, including policies, procedures, template letters, forms and systems ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with business and legal requirements.
• Support HR Advisors with employee relations cases where needed including disciplinary, grievance, attendance / absence management, performance management and probation reviews; with the support and guidance of the HR Operations Manager.

Recruitment and onboarding:

• Support the recruitment process, including preparation of recruitment documents, drafting and placement of job adverts, coordination of interview schedules and testing, liaison with candidates and recruitment agencies, conduct telephone screens and interviews with hiring managers.

• Administer the full onboarding process for new employees including preparation of contractual documentation and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices such as Right to Work, criminal record checks and medical clearances.
• Conduct induction meetings with new employees where appropriate and liaise with both line managers and buddies to ensure they are aware of their responsibility in the process.
• Administer the probation process including ensuring managers are aware when review meetings should take place and issuing corresponding confirmation and benefits paperwork.

The role is accountable for performance and compliance for assigned protocols and sites in a country.

Under the oversight of the CRA manager or CRD, the person ensures compliance of study conduct with ICH/GCP and country regulations, our company’s policies and procedures, quality standards and adverse event reporting requirements internally and externally.

Acts as primary site contact and site manager throughout all phases of a clinical research study, taking overall responsibility of allocated sites.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of product launch plans and key milestones
  • Identify product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging in conjunction with the Marketing Communications team
  • Collaborate with Upstream Marketing counterparts to provide market insights and condition the market for product launches
  • Identify market entry strategies with the Reimbursement team
  • Develop podium and publication plans with the Clinical team
  • Work with education team in developing field and physician training plans and ensure optimal training execution
  • Create and align on the go-to-market strategy with Commercial leadership, including key performance indicators, segmentation, and account/customer targeting
  • Forecast launch demand to ensure adequate product supply
  • Develop KOL strategy and create physician champions for the product
  • Collaborate with Public Affairs in deciding and executing appropriate media communications
  • Track and report launch progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders regularly

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING 

Required 

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years in health care marketing, preferably medical device product marketing or 2 years in medical device sales
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities required
• Willing to travel 25%, including overnight and global
• Must know how to Win Friends & Influence People
• Must be proactive and results oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications

Preferred 

• MBA
• Class III device product launch experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

POSITION SUMMARY:

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
