Being the first impression of all guests at the Driveway, the Door Service Agent shall assist guests at the Hotel’s Forecourt. Co-ordinate with the Bell Service Agents in loading and unloading of the guest’s luggage from their cars / taxi but primarily to open their doors and offer parking spaces when appropriate. Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of stage management, including rehearsals, technical rehearsals, and performances.

- Creating and maintaining comprehensive production schedules, cue sheets, and show reports.

- Coordinating with directors, designers, and technical staff to ensure smooth production processes.

- Managing backstage operations, including actor and crew coordination, set changes, and prop management.

- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures during rehearsals and performances.

- Providing leadership and guidance to stage management team members.

- Collaborating closely with other departments to achieve production goals and maintain high production standards.

- Troubleshooting any technical or logistical issues that arise during rehearsals or performances.

Job Requirements:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in stage management, preferably in live entertainment or theatrical productions.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale productions with complex staging and technical requirements.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- Proficiency in stage management software and tools, such as QLab, ShowCaller, or similar.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by production schedules.

- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Developing a personal sales pipeline for potential events and projects through cold calling, following up on leads provided by the Events director and account servicing

The fashion sustainability programme was launched on 30 November 2021. As part of this programme, SFC implements initiatives to help enterprises in our sector to grow in sustainability business practices and in capability. This role will provide lots of exposure to work with enterprises and opportunities to learn about the fast-developing space of sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Sustainability Director and team to execute and track sustainable fashion transformation initiatives and projects, ensuring sound design and management to achieve measurable and impactful targets.
• Work with the Sustainability Director and team to build and design thought leadership programmes for SFC’s in the space of sustainable fashion, ensure these programmes are rooted with SMART impacts. This includes working out associated work plans, budgets, staff, monitoring and reporting of budgets, contracts and key performance indicators, contracting and managing third-party consultants, meeting any audit requirements and managing stakeholder relations, to be delivered in accordance with SFC policies and processes.
• Be the go-to expert related to consultation and advisory of sustainability and ESG: net zero, carbon footprint, water reuse and recycle, chemical discharge, circular economy (zero waste in fashion), sustainable fashion supply chain, regulatory framework and/or sustainability reporting.
• Ensure and secure sustainable funding and revenue streams for Sustainability team.
• Work with the marketing and event teams to develop timely, factual and engaging communications material on sustainable fashion and support communication initiatives on projects and tasks as relevant. This includes but not limited to the preparation of industry-facing reports, the delivery of webinars and events, where deemed necessary, to achieve strategic goals and targets.
• Build and maintain excellent working relations with priority stakeholders for ecosystem transformation on sustainable fashion, including industry associations, companies, nonprofits and government agencies.
• Attend and/or organise workshops, events and meetings as necessary for programmatic success.
• Organise and coordinate meetings and workshops with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Any other tasks as required by the line manager.

Pre-requisites:

• Degree in business administration, sustainable business, environmental sciences or related fields. Post graduate qualifications is highly regarded.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a relevant field, with proven track record and experience in project management, corporate sustainability, consultation focusing on decarbonisation, circular economy, supply chain and/or sustainability reporting. Working experience in textile or fashion value chain is highly regarded.
• Experience in Southeast Asia / Singapore business context is highly regarded.
• Experience in managing projects, programs at a local level and has capability to scale and run these at a regional and global level.
