Job Description

• To work on the IT service management and operational support handling.
• To manage incidents to resolution in a 24/7/365 environment using the incident management and problem management processes ensuring root cause analysis & prevention is identified.
• To ensure the service level agreements (SLA) are met and serves as a single point of contact for ownership of escalated requests & issues and coordination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or similar environment. 
• Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end incident management especially major incident.
• Strong knowledge of principles and methodologies of Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery exercises and good knowledge in BCM.

Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a  Specialist, Vendor Operations to be based in Bangsar South. This role will be reporting to the Lead, Commercial Projects. The department generally is responsible for vendor program strategy, projects, and  implementation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Grow performance metrics of long tail accounts including operations, commercial performance, internal tools, systems, and any other special projects.
• Improve vendor performance by preparing and leading strategic projects.

About The Role:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a good level of operational competency to manage performance monitoring & compliance of foodpanda’s marketplace business. For this specific role the candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for the acquisition of new clients for our advertising solutions as well as manage and grow the relationship with advertising & marketing agencies. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assess and qualify opportunities for selling our advertising solutions to new clients.
• Do research and client mapping on assigned agencies / direct clients to build an effective sales pipeline.

About the Role:

• Logging and processing all technical requests based on the complaints/tickets received from the users
