DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

·         Assist in all administrative matters for related agents on New Business, Policy Owner Services, Contest Updates, Production Tracking, Claims.

·         Maintain & keep good record of Director’s agenda, training, and appointments updates

• Sales order processing function from quotation, sales order, delivery order and invoicing.
• Liaise with customer / Financiers on Loan Approval and the completion of Loan Documents for speedy loan drawdown
• Follow Up with customer on oustanding payment and Financier on loan release payment and reminders.
• To Key in daily transaction on account receivable.
• Independent able to liaise with Banker.
• Perform general administrative such as filing, controlling, recording and maintaining of documents.
• Data entry into our internal control system.
• Able to work independently and sense of urgency with minimum supervision.
• Chinese speaking is mandatory due to nature of business.
