Assists with scheduling and supervision of Store Support Team Members as well with the as day-to-day flow of the department. Supports the Store Support Team Leader and Associate Team Leader(s) to ensure smooth operation of the Store Support Team. Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating the provision of world-class front desk services to hotel guests. Directs the exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient welcome registration, rooming and account settlement for hotel guests. Ensures prompt and complete satisfaction of guest requests and professional and timely resolution of guest complaints. Print patient schedule and pull patient charts daily.
• Facilitates the admission process by professionally greeting all patients and visitors and obtain patient identification and insurance information to initiate admissions process.

• Complete front-end process of billing procedure ensuring all information is entered into the computer registration module.
• Performs Insurance Verification process and completes all required processes for prior authorizations or other actions required by payor.
• Assist with patient transportation if the patient qualifies per the Company Transportation Policy.
• Ensure appropriate signatures are included on all necessary chart and admissions data in accordance with FMCNA policies and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy when scanning and filing documents and completes within 24 hours of completed visit including physician reports to referral sources.
• Communicate all changes about procedure and insurance which is identified during patient visit to appropriate internal parties and directly to the patient record immediately.

What you will do

 Under direct supervision and using established standards, responsible for hardware designs and software programming for HVAC control systems to meet the intent of the project requirements. Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, Johnson Controls field installation team and subcontractors. Responds to basic warranty calls.

 How you will do it

• Selects hardware designs from standard design library for flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
• Performs software programming using established standards as a basis of design.

• Support engineers and senior designers with various fire protection engineering code consulting and design efforts across the firm.

• Learn to review and interpret model Building and Fire Code requirements and NFPA standards.

• Learn to perform field evaluations of existing fire protection systems.

• Learn to interface with on-site construction staff and remote cross functional architecture and engineering project teams across multiple offices.

• Learn to evaluate water supplies, perform engineering calculations, develop specifications, and oversee preparation of plans for bidding, permit acquisition, and construction.

• Review fire sprinkler and fire alarm contractor shop drawings and calculations for code and contract document compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a fire protection graduate engineering role (preferred)

• Hands-on fire protection engineering design experience for industrial facility projects (preferred).

• Through school course work or recent work experience, show an entry level ability to complete fire protection system analysis, sizing, and design, drawing production, specifications, and report writing.

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively interact with our team members and clients.

Position Responsibilities

The position of Sr. Designer, Electrical, with a focus on Telecommunications projects, will include, but not be limited to, preliminary coordination, overall concept creation, design development, construction document and construction specification preparation, problem resolution and coordination with clients.  The candidate may advise on other types of projects, as well as working on several concurrent projects.  Provide technical design of low-voltage systems related to telecommunications infrastructure, pathways, outside plant systems and the associated coordination, MDF layout, IDF layout, cable tray routing and coordination with other disciplines, riser diagrams, labelling schemes, telecommunications grounding and bonding.  Provide technical guidance for coordination of other low voltage systems, including security, access control, cameras, audio/visual.
