1) Stock import (email info from SCM / QA -RTV) - Received invoice, packing list, NCMR (QA)- Received invoice from agent, issue PRF, seek OD signature and submit to Account (Compilation by agent once a month)

The incumbent will process/execute documentation required for Air shipments and liaise with origin, Ground Handling agents, Transfer vendors, and consignees.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist in daily operations for air freight import activities
• Execute/prepare documentation (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO)
• To provide accurate data update as per airlines requirement in TMF system.
• Update, send and acknowledge pre-alerts to all relevant stakeholders.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations

Demand planning:

• Demand planning for Malaysia.
• Manage stock reservation Storage location for Malaysia.

Job Description

· Handles customer enquiries (Export/ Import/Transhipment/Customer Service)

· Provide quotations to clients

· Coordinate with agents for rates/ bookings/ shipment arrangement; check on the shipping rules and regulations for the respective countries

· Handle SEA/AIR shipment and ensure all documents (such as BL, pre-alert, delivery order, arrival notice) are in order

· Create booking in system/ Block booking with carrier; monitor carrier schedule

· Verify and take in vendor cost into system; prepare payment

· Create and issue invoice to customers
