· Proven track record in managing multi-million dollar projects in the government and/or commercial sectors
· Proven record of successful staff management in the area of leadership, staff motivation, performance appraisal, professional development and recruitment
· “Hands-on” attitude
· Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plant Improvement and Expansion:
Assist in planning and executing plant improvements and expansions.
Training and Development:
Ensure all maintenance personnel are proficient in operating equipment and possess necessary maintenance skills.
Implement training programs to keep staff updated on operating equipment and maintenance practices.
Safety and Compliance:
Establish and maintain a safe workplace environment, complying with all safety and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, OSHA, PSM, and environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
Communicate and enforce safety programs effectively.
Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance:
Continuously monitor plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime and promptly address issues.
Maintain refrigeration and wastewater systems to meet regulatory guidelines.
Maintenance Management System:
Establish and manage a computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for tracking work orders and maintaining an adequate inventory of replacement parts.
Data Analysis and Recommendations:
Analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement in plant operations and maintenance processes.
Make recommendations for enhancing plant operations based on data analysis.
Personnel Management:
Ensure maintenance personnel are properly trained, equipped, and motivated to carry out maintenance programs efficiently and safely.
Implement the Coastal Training system for necessary skillsets and provide required resources.
Budget Administration:
Administer the maintenance budget and ensure financial goals are achieved.
Monitor and administer the purchasing and use of parts, equipment, materials, and supplies in the maintenance department.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain a tracking system to analyze key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, and PM compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Experience: 6 plus years maintenance experience, with leadership experience.
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; some public speaking skills.
Special Skills: Industrial Maintenance in fields such as electrical refrigeration hydraulics or mechanical.
Supervisory: Responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform similar or interrelated tasks.
Travel: 1-5 domestic trips per year.

· Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects
· Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
· Develop action plans to address deficiencies regarding safety, callback rates, and technical support
· Generate field leads and assist service sales representatives in selling upgrades and repairs
· Recommend and detail changes in maintenance service documentation, methods, process, design, and delivery
· Set budgets for material and labor within Otis guidelines and complete the required maintenance and repair within those budgets
· Conduct field education training ensuring that we create and maintain a safe working environment
· Perform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans

The role of chargeman is to assist in planning, operating and carrying out any work that is related to electrical safety precautions as well as preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing daily records, troubleshoot any problems with electrical equipment, installing electrical equipment, supervise a team of electrical staff.
The role of wireman is to install and repair electrical wiring as well as components in facilities. Responsibilities include reading technical blueprints, inspect existing wiring, identify worn-out components, adhere to safety of electrical systems, training and supervise apprentices.
