Position: Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the art center, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves managing staff, facilities, events, and logistics, and also includes coordinating the successful opening of new centers.

• Candidates must have PhD / Master qualification in the respective subjects/disciplines

Description:
TANG International Education Group Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an IT cum Trainer Executive. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, online teaching, and excellent communication skills. As our company deals extensively with clients from China and Malaysia, proficiency in both Chinese and Malay languages is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Online Teaching: Conduct online training sessions for company clients, focusing on IT skills and knowledge. Create engaging and informative content to facilitate learning.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients in a friendly and outgoing manner. Address their inquiries, concerns, and provide technical support as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot application and IT-related issues faced by clients. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications.
• Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to company staff as needed, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary IT skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IT and online teaching methodologies. Incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs to enhance effectiveness.
• Language Proficiency: Utilize proficiency in Chinese and Malay languages to facilitate communication with clients and colleagues. Translate documents and materials as necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to identify and address technical issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  Proven experience in online teaching and IT support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Malay languages is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel domestically and to China for client meetings and training sessions.
• Outspoken and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others learn.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Willingness to undergo training and development as required.

Job Descriptions:

• To provide support to Operations Training Manager to design, deliver and administer operation's training programs in accordance with operation's training and development plan
• Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhances their know-how, skills and performance
• Stay updated with externally-provided programs and make recommendations when needed
• Compile and maintain an inventory of Operations training received by staff
• Conduct post training evaluation of all Operations training programs and take necessary action to rectify any deficiencies in the training methodology or content
• Draft user friendly training manuals for Operations related systems, both through using available material from out network and from training vendors or consultants

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, preferably HR management, Psychology, Business Administration
• 1-2 years' relevant experience, HR / employee training and development
• Preferably experience in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
• Strong written English communication skills
• Attention to Details, Analyzing Statistical Information, bases decisions on facts and figure
• Generates new ideas, Innovative, enjoys being creative, thinks of original solutions
• Enjoy Interacting with People and must be able persuades others of the value of an approach or idea
