• To perform agreement stamping in LHDN portal, delivery to customer, registration and archiving in DTS. 
• Improve the operation flow of DMS operation and ensure all process running smoothly and comply with guideline and procedure.
• Ensure implementation of proper filing and arrangement of customer documents. 
• Controlling of customer documents and agreements and document retrieval as and when requested by other parties. 
• To provide full support to other department and branches nationwide in term of customer service and improvement solution. 
• Work closely with other section in order to ensure operation run smoothly.

Conduct stock takes, stock packing and organizing of stocks

Provide general sales administrative support to accountant for daily, weekly sales report

To assist in daily operations

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least primary/secondary school/’N’ or ‘O’ Level, professional

• Monitor budgets and prepare reports

• Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (especially MS Excel)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
• A minimum of 5 years experience.

• Update service collection into CSM & ERP
• Print daily service collection report for Service Manager or Senior Technical Supervisor signatory
• Submit daily cash & collection report to Finance Department
• Update spare part used in daily jobs into CSM
• Update job status into CSM
• Scan daily job sheet and upload to server
• Reply email enquiries
• Submit quotation to school for any service request
• Help spare part team to count stock during annual stock take.
