THE POSITION

Our client is a single family office in Singapore. You are assigned to assist the client's director from China in the client's office or home to perform duties. The employment is on 3 month contract but convertable to long term contract if good performance.

• Take care of the family matters such as children schooling in international school, manage the maids.
• Handle all private and confidential matters for the Director.
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (airline, hotel, transport, visas, travel itinerary etc.)
• Provide administrative support to the Director.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

· Holding Class 3 driving license

· Self-starter, flexible, adaptable and possess strong interpersonal skills.

· High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

· Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges.

· Extensive travelling expected (more than 50%) and willing to be based on certain locations for a period of time.
