• Ensure that all procurement carried out by the Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL) adheres to processes and procedures in accordance to the guidelines, procedures and policy.

The Sr. Procurement Corporate Counsel for Global Procurement is responsible for providing expert legal advice on procurement matters, including contracts and negotiations. This includes drafting and reviewing supply agreements and leading negotiations to ensure legal soundness and compliance. The role involves coordinating legal work with regional colleagues, overseeing the development of procurement contract templates, and promoting best practices across the organization. Accountabilities and deliverables

Job Duties

• Lead the embedding of the bank's sourcing and outsourcing procedures by acting as point of reference for all queries relating to sourcing and outsourcing
• Lead the management of direct purchasing activities within the procurement unit, through managing end user requisitions for facilities management services and consumable items, getting vendor quotes, issuing POs to vendors and tracking delivery, to ensure appropriate monitoring of the purchasing lifecycle.
