This Ofsted Outstanding adult education centre has a rare opportunity to join their team due to an internal promotion. The centre is based in the community of Cranleigh, near Guildford and supports almost 40 students with Autism and associated conditions. Learners are offered specialist day services, with individualised learning support based on their needs and desires. Your role will encompass designing and implementing tailored learning programs, offering unwavering support, and nurturing a sense of independence and inclusion.
