Responsibilities

· Oversee all architectural works on site.

· Organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing.

· Prepare and submit CAD drawings to relevant consultant including shop drawing.

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.

· Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision and documentation.

· Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E colleagues and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.

· Ensure all submission of materials and mock up for early approval.

· Attend site meeting and coordination.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

· At least 5 years relevant working experience.

· LTA project experience preferred.

· Required Skills : BIM, Autocad

Requirements

Responsibilities:
Preparation of precast shop drawings for precast concrete components, steel mould and RC Structures

Produce layout plans, and shop drawings of precast concrete elements for production and submission to clients

Involves in estimating project materials and cost

Requirements:

· The leader of BIM team consisting of BIM Coordinators & Modellers for all construction disciplines from design to construction stage as well as post construction stage

· Establish BIM implementation plan, strategy, requirements, process, workflow and needs for construction project

· Prepare, execute and maintain the BIM Execution Plan

· Plan, manage and maintain the 3D BIM data and complexity of content to meet project deliverable requirements

· Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project Needs and Requirement

· Works closely with project team in coordinating, organising and producing of shop drawings and documentations using BIM Technologies

· Lead and support project’s BIM Coordinators and BIM modellers and the CAD team at project site including managing Sub-Contractor’s BIM team

· Engage project teams to innovate and leverage advanced tools to solve project problems

· Create and continual development of REVIT formats, settings, and building up of object library

· Check and control of the quality and accuracy of the BIM Released Models, ensuring they are in accordance with required standards and the level of details

· To survey and record existing ground levels prior to excavation by subcontractor.

· To set out location for temporary structures, e.g. site offices, carpenter’s yard, toilets.

Sub-Structure Stage

· To set out grids position of pilecaps and levels for excavation.

· To set out levels for lean concrete installation of pilecap formworks.

· To transfer lines on to formwork for installation of column starter bars.

· To mark levels for concreting of pilecaps.

· To set out base lines and provide levels for construction of ground beams.

· To set out sanitary structural openings and penetration.

· To set out other works such as location of tower cranes and access.

Super-Structure Stage

· To check slab formwork for departure from level of underside surfaces.

· To set out reference lines for the installation of column starter bars, lift wall starter bars, etc.

· To set level marks for concrete level.

· To guide concretor to place and trowel concrete to correct level. A laser level may be used for this operation.

· To set out reference lines on slab for the construction of columns, lift walls, to the next floor.

· To protect and preserve all benchmarks, pegs, equipment etc used in setting out the works

Finishing Stage

· To set out Base Lines for Markers to mark out finishing lines.

· To set levels for installation of door frames and window frames.
