JOB SUMMARY To work in a specialised Hospice at Home team as a Registered Nurse, without direct supervision, to lead on the assessment and re-assessment of patients and carers receiving home nursing and volunteer support from Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland. To coordinate and manage the Hospice at Home Day Night Nursing Team, acting as Line Manager and co-ordinating Day Night Nursing Service in the absence of the Head of Clinical Services. Assist the Head of Clinical Services to develop and support nurses and the wider team through an effective appraisal and development review process, identifying learning needs and provide training opportunities. Liaise with the Head of Clinical Services as appropriate to review care provision. Participate in direct provision of patient care and liaise with members of the multi-disciplinary team and palliative care team in order to achieve this. 3. ROLE OF ORGANISATION To provide an expert and comprehensive Hospice service to enhance the experience of patients with cancer from diagnosis through treatments to palliative and end of life care and to others with progressive life threatening conditions. About the Opportunity: As a sales engineer, you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to achieve sales targets and build strong territory presence and pipeline, developing the Research market for Andor products. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing all sales leads, prospects and new customer accounts to meet/exceed agreed team and individual sales objectives. Key tasks and duties:

- Determine and action sales strategies and goals for each product and service. Manage designated sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in a manner incumbent with agreed business objectives.

We have an opportunity for the Director of Clinical Services to join their team of staff in the Senior Management Team. This role is the Director of Clinical Services as well as CQC Registered Manager (jointly held by. Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services at LancasterThis is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
Your new role

• The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for providing clinical direction and strong, professional leadership to all clinical staff including nursing, allied health professionals and medical staff either directly employed or working under practising privileges.
• The Director of Clinical Services must lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care within all clinical areas, driving a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and continuous improvement of the patient's experience.
• As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director of Clinical Services must ensure the hospital team's provision of safe, effective, caring and responsive patient care in a safe, high-quality clinical environment in a way which maximises the financial and operational performance of the hospital. The Director of Clinical Services has a responsibility to ensure all appropriate measures are taken to maintain, promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of patients, employees and visitors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Registered Nurse Level 1 or Registered practitioner / Diploma / relevant Health Speciality Degree/ Degree Level qualification
• Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially, preferably evidenced by a registered qualification with the NMC, HCPC or GPC
• Ability to motivate a team of clinical professionals
• Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
• Knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements
• Experience of working in the Independent Sector
• Professional experience in more than one clinical speciality or discipline
• Understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways and system reform
• Commercial experience
  Must be RN - RCN registered given uniqueness of site demands

5,Strong organizational and leadership abilities, a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and cooperation skills, and a team spirit.
