Job Summary :

The General Administrator is responsible for supporting various departments within an organization by performing a range of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
  
  
• Document Management: Prepare, organize, and store various company documents, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  
  
• Communication: Handle incoming calls, respond to emails, and liaise with clients and vendors to ensure all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  
  
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of company operations, financials, and other critical data.
  Office Management: Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and ordering new supplies as needed.
  
  
• Reporting: Assist with the preparation of regular reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
  
  
• Human Resources Support: Assist the HR department with the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Requirements :

A high school diploma is required; however, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field can be advantageous.

Experience :

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Experience in the specific industry of the company may also be beneficial.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily materials use in issuance.
• Responsible for data entry and project documentations and archive
• Assist for logistics arrangement.
• Keep track of store inventory level and issue replenishment PRN for materials.
• Ensuring the store is neat and tidy with proper labels.
• Work closely with Store Supervisor & Store Executive in maintaining the material stock levels and communicating to re-order.
• Assist Store Supervisor & Store Executive for the store room organization and improvement process.
• Hardworking and have willing to learn attitude.
• Attentive and have good eye for details.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Description:

• To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Developer’s Project, Loan Documentation and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision
• Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements / online adjudication / CKHT submissions
• Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties
• Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline

Job Description

·      To attend all incoming or outgoing call appropriately and courteously

·      Maintain our file system,

·      To handle general administration duties i.e., paperwork, filling, preparation of invoice, courier service, handling forwarding. 

.      Excellent computer skills especially typing.

·      Maintain and update filing, mailing, stationary items and documentation

·      Ensure that the daily filing of records and documents are completed.

·      To perform all the admin and assist general administrative works time to time.

·      Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.

.      Should be able to handle the office independently.

Requirement:

·        Candidates possess at least SPM

·        Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

·        Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese

.        Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (*Mandrin is an advantage)
