We are urgently seeking a reliable and compassionate Housemate with childcare experience to join our household. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care and supervision to our children, particularly when the boss is outstation or unavailable. This role requires someone who can handle childcare duties independently and ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time childcare assistance and support to our children, ranging from infants to school-aged.
• Ensure the safety and security of the children at all times, especially when the boss is outstation or away from home.
• Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, educational games, and outdoor recreation.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, including ensuring that the children are provided with nutritious meals and snacks.
• Help with bedtime routines, including bathing, dressing, and reading bedtime stories.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the children's living areas, including their bedrooms, play areas, and bathroom.
• Accompany the children on outings, such as to the park, playground, or extracurricular activities, as needed.
• Provide basic first aid and assistance in case of minor accidents or injuries.
  Assist with household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying up common areas, when the children are napping or otherwise occupied.
• Communicate regularly with the employer regarding the children's activities, needs, and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma.
• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to handle childcare responsibilities independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy, with a high level of integrity.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
• Willingness to live-in and provide childcare assistance as needed, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights.
• Fluency in English and/or other languages is a plus.
