We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our awesome marketing team! As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, to promote the Company’s products or services and increase sales.
Marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and all other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited, to the following :
1. Developing Marketing Strategies : Analyzing market trends, researching consumer preferences, and developing marketing strategies based on the findings to promote products or services in the market.
2. Conducting Market Research : Conducting market research to analyze the latest market trends and consumer preferencesto develop marketing strategies.
3. Sales and Lead Generation : Generating sales leads, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing client relationships through meetings, communications, and networking.
4. Developing Marketing Materials : Creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters, to promote the company’s products and services.
5. Managing Social Media : Using social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedln to promote the company’s products or services and increase brand awareness.
6. Conducting Market Analysis : Conducting market analysis to determine customer needs and preferences, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities for growth.
7. Managing Advertising Campaigns : Managing and monitoring advertising campaigns across different media platforms such as radio, television, print, and online.
8. Develop Sales Targets : Setting sales targets and monitoring sales performance to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
9. Coordinating with Other Departments : Collaborating with other departments in the company such as sales, customer service, and business/product development to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in marketing, business administrative, or related field and prior experience in sales and marketing preferred.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have expertise in market research and be able to develop creative marketing strategies to meet company objectives. Competencies include :
